Hello! This is the site plot! Read on!
'The darkness is spread upon us once again... tiny needles of darkness sprout... a new dawn must awaken us!' the prophecy that all medicine cats get on the full moon accompanied by any other minor thing, and the prophecy all leaders get on the full moon. A future victim might hear it too, but so faintly that they can't decipher it.
The meaning to this all is that tiny needles are scattered about on the clans' territories by the Raven Bloods, who have aligned with the Dark Void. They leak black goo, and it gets into cats' bodies. Every new moon, another cat in the clans fall victim to it. It is very dangerous, and will lead to great suffering to the cat who is in its grasp. Nothing can stop its rampage. No one can hide from it. Even if the victim stays in their den all day, it will somehow appear and get in.
There is only one cure, unknown by the clans for most of the time, appearing at the very end. It is a secret herb, located in the mountains, south of the clans and overlooking the ocean/sun-drown place.
