Flightclan could send a prophecy to each leader and medicine cat
Than there could be one cat chosen from each clan

Yes, I thought about that, but isn't that quite character-centered? I don't mind plots like that, even if I'm just a random character on there. But some people don't like it. But if the majority of people want it, I'll be happy to include that.

Is there some way to get everyone envoled from kits to elders because I was thinking of
Everyone helping and more
Maybe their could be a battle like the clans blaming each other because of the black stuff

Well, I was actually thinking maybe a kit-stealing plot. That would spark the attention of any warrior, apprentice, queen, medicine cat, or leader. But I'm not sure about elders.
And about your idea about the black stuff, maybe not. I don't want to keep rejecting your ideas or anything, but how would the cats logically get the black stuff anyway? It's more likely for them to suspect of two-legs doing it. But I do think there should be some sort of battle or something. Maybe over the remedy?
